1. How does DesiGlam work?
Simply browse our collection, select your outfit, choose your rental dates, and place your order. We’ll ship the outfit to you—and after your event, just send it back. Easy, glam, and hassle-free!
2. How long can I rent an outfit for?
Our standard rental period is 2 - 4 days, but you can extend it for an additional fee if needed. Just let us know during checkout or email us: desiglamcontact@gmail.com
3. Do you offer try-ons before renting?
Yes! We offer try-on services in select cities or via trial boxes (where available). Contact our support team for details.
4. What sizes are available?
We carry a range of sizes from XS to XXL, and many of our outfits have adjustable fits. Sizing info is available on each product page.
5. What happens if the outfit doesn’t fit?
If your outfit doesn’t fit, contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We’ll do our best to send an alternate or issue a rental credit (terms apply).
6. Do I need to clean the outfit before returning it?
Nope! We handle all the dry cleaning. Just pack the outfit back in the original packaging and send it our way.
7. What if the outfit gets damaged or stained?
Minor wear and tear is covered. For significant damage or loss, repair/replacement fees may apply as outlined in our rental agreement.
8. Do you rent accessories too?
Yes! We offer matching jewelry, bags, and more to complete your Desi look. Add them during checkout.
9. How do returns work?
We include a prepaid return label. Just pack everything up and drop it off at your nearest courier point on your return date.
10. Where do you ship?
We currently ship across United Kingdom (and will expand internationally soon!). Shipping times and costs are calculated at checkout.
11. How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 1-2 weeks in advance to ensure availability and timely delivery, especially during festive seasons.
